I agree! It should not be so difficult, either.
Perhaps it would be interesting to someday add a Cape slot to a character's inventory? I mean, you could buy different cloaks, appearance and so on, and maybe some mystical ones with bonuses, but also several normal, run of the mill capes.
...Or just a new type of clothes with cloaks attached to them. Or something. Why is it that every RPG style game I play has no capes in them?
I find that odd...
