Honestly, at some point someone new will probably have to be picked. (What will the team do about hirings, with no one to make the final call?)
The job should be given to the most capable, it SHOULD NOT be given out based on how long someone has been a member of the team.
As for Spark, I've had good and bad impressions of him over the time, hes been very helpful at some points, and seemingly poor at his job at others, but it basically balanced out in the end. I am glad hes staying around to help, though. |
