1 New World died, but not before making a few influences on the Graal that's played today.
2 I... Don't think so.
3 It is in someway... The Kingdoms moved over (Dustari, Pirates, Zormite).
4 On GK they're the Zormite Republic or something like that... On G2k1 I dont think they're zormites anymore, but decendants of zormites, so the name is changed or something.
