The first two look nice. The mountains don't really have much color, but then again it depends on the lighting of the area... The tree actually looks great, I didn't notice a problem of color, it is just dark and would probably fit in best with other dark colors.

The character looks bad because it is a realisticly shaped human with a graal head. You might want to draw a neck and a head next time, and maybe give him some room for his vital organs as well... Too skinny. Just by a little bit, though.
