Like paypal, paybycash.com is just a trusted man in the middle. You transfer the funds to paybycash.com, and then paybycash transfers the funds to Graalonline.
I belive your comment is related to some account take-overs, but that is due to users downloading trainers and entering their username/password in fake sites.
But, there has
never been a security issue with payment. Because Graal doesn't take your details, someone in the middle does (most commonly paypal for most). And this is still the same.
