That isn't a valid suggestion. That is a selfish ploy to add more strength to an already great shield.
Con + 1 , found on how many items? RoW, Blood Ring, Sorcery Hammer, Ghost Pirates Amulet, FHoM, Girdle of Fighting, Heart Shield, Con HSoD, Soccer Boots. That's about all.
Power +1 , Forest Shield is by far the weakest.
Dustari Shield , Str+1 Speed+1 AC+2 , by far the strongest, but OMG HOW UGLY.
