hmm breaking forum rules....

if you said not harrassing someone is a forum rule, then why hasnt Tybolt (or whatever) been banned? On EVERY single thread he has negative remarks, insulting peoples work, and harrassing them. I ask myself "why hasnt he been banned" then i see my thread close when i tryed to delete it...for a small 1 time comment....and tybalt comes with his constant negative and annoying comments, when I have done nothing to him. |
