put it this way, working at zenkou, every one has equal oppitunities people are not singled out due to being new, old, etc etc, at zenkou if you do your job and come up high in the staff performance chart that we have you are rewarded. when doing you job to a certain level of standard we expect, you also get to keep your job, baring in mind zenkou isnt a server where staff will sit and chat on RC and not work, however we do have our convos.. work is always expected, we have annual staff checks every month, hence the loss of a scripter
also you get to work on obsurce and exciting projects, such as our turn based battle system which is almost complete, and our hot air balloon travel
