Maybe you should do how do you say a training program so they can get to level 15, pretty simple just get them all to party and then like split them into 2 groups, and go to two lord spawning spots, also have two high AC members of pirates to weaken the lord then they take turns finishing them off and the exp goes on between the two groups.
