Spell icons in raffle room....

Whenever an EM is trying to hold an even, especially raffle, some people feel like ruining this by dragigng spall icons on him...
could that please be changed so that spell icons are not visible in raffle rooms?
might have been funny at the beginning but now its -REALLY- annoying =/ |
