Pertainning to this entire thread, -shrug-. I know basically everything that happens, exception being people's level's now adays. It's the same thing that has -always- happened, and always will so long as children are staff.
Now, I cannot say that I myself have seen Jagen make items for somebody if they a) did not deserve them (restore) or b) did not earn them. I have heard only rumors, nothing factual holding these rumors up.
People power-level, I can imagine people in Dustari give Zoe 10-20 bruts just to EA their gear... so, you can see how they would get brutals.
In regard's to the stacked maps? Simple, give Jagen a ****ing HUGE pile of immenses/brutals, he'll exchange them with stacked ones. It's simple.
Let's try to only say things that can be proven, or have some factual background. These rumors, and bashings are out of hand. It's threads like these that
make GK stressful to play...
