This is not completely redundant. Yes, it overlaps a bit with what we have done before (

[2]), but if they can get ahold of some competent scripters that can focus on this one task, it is certainly going to be more productive sooner.
As pointed out, the GST does not have the time to teach scripting to everybody. Among more administrative tasks, yes, we do of course give advice on request or while reviewing or fixing a playerworld's problem. But unless you want a more or less complete halt of everything else, the GST is not able to do this team's job (although we will gladly provide help if neccessary).
