all kingdoms should have guards based on the amount of members, so like the more members in a kingdom, the more of something they can have. so if Dustari had 3 members It would have 3 figthing guards, and if the Pirates had 10 members they would get 1 guard, but all of the kingdoms need some way to close themselves off. |
