Actually, that heart is filled with symbolizm right up to the symmetry.
My friend didn't like the original heart I drew him which was on an angle with a "3d" type look to it, he said he felt like his relationships start one way and finish the same (which is the cause for the symmetry).
But, meh...I don't have enough time to elaborate on all the symbolizm in this peice.
