Personally I think if a 'Classic' server cant maintain a daily average of 10-20Unique players it should be removed from the list because obviously its doing something wrong and needs to be pushed...

This may be one issue; Vista uses NTDLL Version 6.X; and all other Windows OS seem to use a NTDLL Version 5.X; Could there be an incompatibility?
