All in all there's a lot of detail and no doubt better than most Graal things. Good but not amazing.

Try using the vertices tool, that way you can pick a basic shape and just mold it into whatever you want. Cubes are usually the standard, at least if you aim for low-poly models.

People should note however, that Mushia's cell shading may have to be custom programmed, and will perhaps not live up to the 3DS shader system like the model...

I'm more or less all digital in my artwork. I've been using PhotoImpact in different versions ever since I discovered it on a bonus cd that came with out first computer, which was about 5+ years ago....
