Sorry, it just just every game i try it with it says that the head cannot be found or something like that or it says it out loud

When i try downloading the game it says
"Couldn't find Libray MSVCR80.dll
Please Ensure that it is installed"
Am i supposed to install it with something differnt or does it come with downloading...
