Hey, shut the hell up you ignorant prick. If you'd listened every gang gun leads up to about 12k. The other gang guns while it only costs 5.3 k to buy you also need a 'long barrel' to create them....

Every gang weapon does. It's just a bit faster than the regular bher. On the other forums, someone had an idea to just lower the clip size to 6 bullets and add a little more reload freeze.
