Black Gear Suggestion
There is a speed cap on the black mail. It weighs much less then the PMoP does, but it makes you go wayyy slower. Why is that? I think maybe you should make it so your speed doesn't cap on black...

I've also been noticing the NPC's have been getting misplaced. Generally, they're not in the places the NPC tells you. This makes it very hard to train people on the quests, and even doing the quests...

The problem with Houseboating is, nobody would put thier stuff down below, because they would be afraid of somebody sinking it. Also - you can put furniture on the boats we have now, just not move it...
