perceive self or self knowledge
dunno why this was dun but when you use a staff/scroll of perceive self or potion of self knowledge it brings up stats on yourself such as luck but there is no way to see all of em i've even tried it...

umm i think they made a mistake it shows that gov's armor is a low lvl rare item when its like common i've gotten it liek 24 times in 3 days
