Yeah something was done, If u were on lvl 30 u can only party with ppl a difference of 8 lvls. E.g. Party with someone who is at lvl 22 - 38

Becoz it was Torankusu who wanted me resetted. He has a 2nd account boosting himself, Wren and other ppl. That's why he was mention in this. So if i was to go down, then few other ppl should as well....
