se common sense and change hatname to the hats name and png to the file type if that isnt what it is

we all want ftp and rc. but if we all didhave them, graal would be a jumbled mess of levels, with people having lv 20 sword and 20 hearts, and about 100000000 gralat and 3 bomys each :(
