Enable 'invisible on player list'

in the rights form it have a check box disabled called
invisible on player list, i think it's a good idea to enable
it for local staff.

i agree, put the test button and sintax button on...

i agree, put the test button and sintax button on nc.
just make sure to add the commands the cliend dont know
when testing the script... like addweapon
