Question Farm

I want to make a farm with animals and crops but i have no idea how to script either

(crops can be Animal feed but stuff needs to be useable on a non-p2p server):confused: :confused:

would it be possible to make a script for players that would be like mail
ex. a player chats something like 'To (accountname)'
then 'Your Rent is due'
and could it be enhanced to take money
