Its level quality is that of 3\10.
I've hardly seen ANY npcs on there and the ones i have seen dont work.
The only reason it takes the persona of an RP server is because everyone plays along with it. Theres not much at all to do there.

It could be nice but it isn't yet.

The people on Providence are more tolerable. That's why I'm kind of liking it.

The problem is that stefan gave us an NPCserver, and that NPCserver's existence basically broke the majority of the NPCs.
