The rules say that free servers can't use complex ganis, right? But what exactly qualifies for a "complex gani"?

A gani that has more than one frame is considered complex.

Many months ago, I heard Stefan say that the free servers can use ganis to replace the long drawn out sprite control that GScript can do on it's own.

But he may have made different rules since then...
