Support center timing out...
 

Anyone else have this problem?
Just want to make sure it isn't on my end...

The whole domain has been timing out for me every know and then, all day.

I havent been able to connect to the support center at all today, and barely yesterday.

i could hardly get on the forums yesterday

Yesterday we couldn't connect to the accounts database and the forums were running extremely slow. Today the graal bible and support center are timing out which isn't much of a surprise because it happens often.

Also, not to go off topic or anything, but my RC is timing out ALOT, but a quick reconnect fixes it. Not sure if the problems are connected though.

I got all of the above, no support center. rc timing out. forums slow yesterday.

Forums were worse than just slow yesterday. They were down for like half the day for a lot of people.

Yesterday they reconfigured some network settings which is probably what's causing the issues but I think they are/should be straightened out by now.

Support has been timing out for me for the past 2, nearly 3, days.

Been years to me :redface:

We have worked on the network on the past 3 days. The computers for support center and wiki are up but currently not connected to the network. We will try to fix this but it may need to wait until Monday or so to not risk getting the network for other computers getting problems.
