Keep getting disconnected
 

Will connect to Unholy Nation for like a various time, like 10 seconds, 1 minute etc, then will disconnect, while everyone freezes i can still move about, then i get the disconnect message after about 2 minutes, whats wrong with it? has done this on and off for a year but now i cant get on for more than a minute

Have you tried going onto a trial account to see if it happens on that account as well?

What kind of technical specifications do you have? Do you have problems connecting to websites, or does your connection cut out sometimes? Are you on wireless or Ethernet?

Yeah it does exactly the same on a trial

My internets fine on everything else, its strange.
its wireless connection and it doesnt have problems with anything else apart from graal. 1mb bt broadband, thanks alot.

Does it only happen on UN? Where do you live?

I live in the UK. No it happens on all servers i think, well definately era&UN. any ideas?x

Is UDP disabled (grasping at straws, maybe someone else can help you)?

Yep i've tried fiddling around wth that about a hundred times, anyone? bit pissed that im paying to play but i cant play on the game for more than 1minute.

Try a wired connection to the router, and if possible try a direct connection from your computer to the modem. Then we can go from there, you may need to contact your ISP to help resolve the issues.

Try logging on to Zodiac, Classic, or N-Pulse as it is hosted in France, and see if you get disconnected or not.

cheers for the reply, cant really connect it to the router cause my computers upstairs mate.
npulse and zodiac seem to be working fine, ill try it on a different account, but if thats the problem i dont get why.
i've played UN for about 9 years now and never got problems until last year, now i cant even get on. hm.
ill see if i can manage to connect it with an ethernet cable somehow.

It sounds like it may be an ISP problem, and a link failure to the North American server Era and UN are on, you can try port forwarding TCP Port 14882 (The port in which connects to Era). Try a free VPN service like Hotspot Shield, but note that you may lag quite a bit more because of it.

Tried the hotspot, seems to be working, lagging but ill just put up with it, thanks alot mate! x
