trying to put the finishing touches on this, things I've already gotten tips/hints about are the cheeks, I think I need to make the damaged parts at the bottom a bit more uniform.

edit: also I'm sure the spacing is all wrong, wish I could find some sort of template head rather than having to guess and pray as I paste over head0.png

You will have to redo the outline of the head though, since it is AA'ed to a white background, which will be noticable ingame. Or use a 24bit png and throw some alpha transparency into the outline :p

you can also just put it in photoshop
and use the magic wand tool to select the wide and press delete, it will auto-AA the now aa'd part, so it should look the same.

I like the quiff a lot, it has a good shape to it, but I'm not sure about using such a thick outline though.

Yea, I want to shrink it but I'm not sure if I should do that by just reducing the outline down or expanding the hair/skin over the outline a bit.
