PicnicTable.

Now, I know the colors aren't probably "the best" but do you think the table needs a better perspective?

Looks nice, but wouldn't you think that you'd be able to see the other bench in this view?

kia345 07-25-2009 06:33 PM

It looks like an unpainted sawhorse

Looks like a bus bench imo. Add a chair to the otherside and yes i think th perspective is off. And the chair part looks blurry around the edges

That's probably because it's small, I tried adding another bench but I don't know how to make it so it fits the perspective, any ideas?

It looks like some sort of bench. o.O. But I can see it look like a picnic table too. Maybe you should of put the opposing seats on the other side of the table.

Regardless, good job on it.

Still doesn't look right a bit.

Bad proportions. Imagine what kind of character would sit on something like that, how big they'd be in comparison to the chair, but how small they'd be compared to the table. Even if it isn't for Graal, it's still going to look weird.

Im not a gat or anything so i unfortunately can't give any useful ideas. With the added seat it does look better though, and i can at least tell it's a picnic table.

Crono 07-25-2009 09:38 PM

Proportions' a bit off.

try moving the back seat down some more, and either make the table part lighter or make the benches darker.

You change it to a different color completely now, and changed the way you worked with the speckles on the wood.

Try to revert it back to the original colors, but make it a darker shade. :)

Well, I would have liked to, but each time I save it and close it out I lose where I got the color from so I have to guess where I got that certain color from in a whole bunch of similar colors, I just wish there was a way to instantly find that color.

Most programs have a color taker, i know photoshop does and paint does.

Unkownsoldier 07-26-2009 01:48 AM

Paint does have a color taker but I thought it had to be part of the color selection box to be changed.

SwimChao 07-26-2009 04:12 AM

Just mix new colors, I don't think it's that much of a hassle when you only have two or three to begin with. You can't stand to have the bench not match the table itself. Looks awkward!

Get rid of the dots, if you are trying to go for that wooden texture by using them it certainly isn't working.

ff7chocoboknight 07-26-2009 07:39 PM

Yeah, lose the grainy look.

Zideruic 08-13-2009 05:15 PM

I'd say find new colors that actually look like wood....and probably add a highlight to the near edges to help the perspective a little bit.
