Better bodies

The lack of unique clothes and skin has been a relatively minor, but consistent issue on GK for quite some time. There's never been any change to it really. What GK doesn't have are just plain bodies. Why not add unclothed bodies, the placeholder which clothes overlap? Giving you something underneath the clothing and allowing more cosmetic customization. It wouldn't even require much graphically.

Add a featureless skin body to be your shirtless top, and do the same for legs. Maybe with some loincloth or something. Give it a RGB slider to change the colors of both the skin and the undergarments. We have a nice spectrum of skin tones on GK heads, but bodies are limited to white or zombie. Then go into all the shirt/arms images, and remove the parts of the sprites that are skin. That way you'd really only be equipping the clothes, not the hands or whatnot. Have bright red skin? Any shirt you equip over it will still show the bright red hands on the sleeves, or the bright red abs on the open jacket.

On top of that, the skin itself can serve some cosmetic purpose. That muscly body? Why not make that what you skin appears as when you have physical as your highest skill level? A high wisdom could give your body a glowing aura to match your god, a high magic could put magic runes on your skin. etc etc.

how about tig works on some actual game content instead of cosmetic fixes.

I agree though, as an orc/zombie/wtf? I am limited to 1 BODY. Count it, 1 body.

This would really be a great addition to the game. Although it is simply cosmetic, I think it would be a great asset to GK if added. Customization is great in all aspects :D.

Would love alot more clothes and hairstyles.
I'd also like to be able to go naked, and only be in my boxers so i can show off some tattoo's.

Content: Fix avatar system, Fix broken spells, re-launch crypt, fix gods and balance, fix magic and it's imbalances, launch new dungeons and monster races (that already exist on paper), better modes of transport, new pet system. Seems doable in 3 months (quarter). New dungeons, just needs 1 per quarter.

I bet Tig would be more than happy to upload any new heads, bodies and hairstyle that you've made yourself if they are decent. If you want it done, do it.
