Gralats by SMS - CANADA
 

Last evening I tried to purchase some Gralats by SMS. I sent the text to the number provided, and I never recieved a text back.

I then tried calling the number, and it said it wasn't available but I would presume that is because you can only use that with a landline.

The text I sent to the number went through, but I never got a reply with a number.

PHONE: IPhone 3G
CARRIER: Rogers Mobile

Premium SMS isn't blocked on rogers. I work at a dealer, and the amount of people I see come in with 30+ dollars on their phone bill for "Premium SMS" is amazing, so I doubt its anything on my side.

The quicker you figure out why this isn't working the happier we will both be. You get my money, I get to play Graal Kingdoms again,

I actually made a thread about the same problem with calling on the USA number. I don't ever think that issue was resolved as no higher up replied (it could be working now), but I hope you get your problem resolved.

It's better to make a support ticket for issues such as this.

It's probably cheaper to just use Paypal + credit card then the added charges SMS applies, or at least I remember reading that it does.

It is cheaper but I have neither a credit card, or a paypal account with a tied bank account.

I worked out that it's cheaper by around £3.00 a year but I wouldn't know how much cheaper it is in other currencies.

We can't really do a lot about it when it's not working. The premium SMS is not billed if it's not working.
