get rid of rate showing up every 10 seconds

(okay, correct place correct type of thread)

the rate showing up in TCspar is really annoying and completely unnecessary. all it does is block conversations and textual-information; i can easily press the 'r' button to check my own and everyone else's rate when i need too. getting rid of it would be much, much better.

Yeah, it suddenly began happening anytime a spar has been started. I agree, they should fix this already as it's very annoying.
