Kingdoms Core Tournement June 2009

It's time to host the first Kingdoms Core Tournement June 2009!

Rules:

-This event doesnt need any Event Masters/Admins to be run because the players can start it alone
-Each win is 1 Tournement Point for June 2009
-5 Destroyed Cores is 1 Tournement Point for June 2009

-The current scores got reseted on 9 June and will be reseted again on 30 June if the tournement is over.

-The Kingdom can be DQ'ed for abuseing bugs

The reward will be a secret till 30 June

The hoster (Maroku) is allowed to change the rules of the gameplay and tournement during the tournement

Good luck to every kingdom on Graal Kingdoms.

Maroku (Events Admin)

To what extent does this tournament prove who is the strongest/most deserving kingdom when in the final hours a kingdom can 'lame' (yes thats what it is when you play 1v5+) and gain the lead?

Maybe there should be less exploitable bugs

Motivation to play has gone down

Letting specifics go up in the air is the reason Drake's events suck, don't do this to yourself.

A EM set up the warper and we played one game yeah he didn't have much chance but all the rest were full battles, CP gained perhaps one point fairly when they beat Samurai.

But anyway it seems CP have done what was required to win by playing at offpeak hours etc, so congrats to you.

Orc totally doesn't just run in there by himself or anything

I don't know what lies orc has told you all in CP but all the time? 1 win from him and then he said he doesn't want to play anymore w/o support, and do you know why it was 6v2* yes 2 at the time? Because online CP members, there were atleast 5 online i can recall, didn't want to support the members that started core.

And we've raised our blood stained hands about that 6v1 core win. One win. Not all.

He thought it was for fun, he quickly learned it wasn't.

No they played at peak times, but when no other kingdoms were active and they somehow managed to get Drakeero and shrimps to get them core wins. Cannot defend Drakeero as Emperor after that. I could have tried to make a case for him before, underdogs need a voice. The first two wins i think were from 1 dustari member mid-week during the first week of the tournament, after we won 2 cores from great battles on the weekend.

We challenged them and they accepted that's all there is to it, I don't care if they had 2 members on.
CP got the most points so CP has won, as simple as that. Again I don't care if we were facing against 1 person or 2 persons, they accepted and we won.

CP got one win from Drakeero and the other from Shrimps last night so whats the deal? did you pay them for the free win or they donated it? because as i understand it it was a agreement between them and CP not a fight.

StormYs 06-30-2009 08:26 PM

Dunno where u heard the word pay from.

Yes we did win twice against Zormite last night, one that we started our self where we asked if Shrimps wanted to fight us. And then another one against Drakeero and Shrimps.

Craigus 06-30-2009 08:33 PM

It was a question.

StormYs 06-30-2009 08:40 PM

My bad didn't read the post well.

MajinDragon 06-30-2009 08:51 PM

Just thought CP would treat this tournament more honorably than you purely lame their way to victory, which is all it was.

If it was a laming fest, you'd see Dustari at 20+ wins with the amount of times we could have lamed an easy win.

If you have complaints please discuss them privately with the Events Administrator - the forums are a very bad place as it will only lead to arguments and hostile discussions... which I would like avoided.

MajinDragon 07-01-2009 12:25 AM

By the way it's like 35minutes until it's technically July in the UK and Server Time yet the prize hasn't been announced nor the winner.

I think i asked a pretty good question relating to the event that easily spiralled into an argument.
