F2 window update icon

The small PM bubble on the tabs in the F2 window are a bit bugged. They seem to update via positional ID of tabs rather than assigned ID. If I insert a tab at the place of 0, but give it a true ID of 6 and the contents in that tab update, it shows a PM bubble on the Game tab instead.

It's because they are using rows[i] rather then rows[getrownumbyid(i)].
