Attention Era Staff.
 

Hello.

I started this thread to formally appologize for the events that occured during my absence on Era.

For those that don't know, my account's security was compromised and apparently gained access to back rooms of major businesses (how on earth anyone let this happen is beyond me).

There are a few issues I have with how the events unwrapped themselves:

1. Why was a GANI artist given warp rights?
2. How did my account gain access to the back rooms when they're supposed to be ACCOUNT LOCKED?
3. Why did Deo check logs of my account's access to find that there WAS another PC that had accessed my account outside the 2 that I use, and still refused to believe that my account's security was compromised?

I was informed during my time as staff that I did not have warp rights, but apparently from the stories that the logs show, my account warped into the back rooms and took items.

So what is preventing you from keeping me as a GANI artist, but removing warp privelages rather than straight up firing me?

I would love Deo or Squirt to shed some light on this situation, because it's not been sitting right on me for the past while.

Plus, I'm sure that a Support Ticket wouldn't solve anything, so I'd rather take this to the administration directly.

You were a trial staff, you screwed up...should have been more careful.

Edit: Now that I've taken the time to read everything, it sounds like you're demanding your job back or else!!! Bull crap. Staff positions are not something that you are given because it's somehow your right. You don't deserve anything, you earn it.
Earn it by proving:
A. You have skills
B. You're trustworthy

Almost all staff's with RC have warp rights?

Not sure if i am right, But people listed as staff (or with a worktag) can enter these.

He has to check that, Hes the manager as he is responsible for anything that happens. And if it was used on a other PC and it was protected you possibly allowed the PC?

Well probally you had these warp rights or whatever and still entered these rooms and took items then?

As Sales said, You still were a Trainee and you fked up? XD

Even if it was on a other PC / IP you could have been it, You could have played graal on a PC of your friend or at school and done this all?

How would someone get his Account Info?

He's either stupid or stupid.

Bruteforcing a Graal Account would take years, hacking the E-Mail or w/e wouldn't be worth it for ANYONE...

**** happens. someone has gotten my graal account info before (basically my e-mail address in which he was able to control my graal account) but I wouldn't consider myself stupid because of it.

Same happened to me, but I don't see it happening again in the future. Somebody phishing your security question isn't entirely your fault. (Though I dont know how his account got compromised).

Bruteforce on graalonline.com is impossible 5 try max i think?

I honestly don't know what happened. Deo dealed with all of this, and just let me know what happened.

However, he meant what he said, and he doesn't make things up.

A staff job is not something you have a right to, like Sales said. Even if you were found to be innocent, we would not have to give you your job back. That's not how being a staff member works.

Anyway, this is a staff issue, not a player issue. You're not going to get anything by posting about it here, except the sympathy of people, which will do nothing for you.

Your case was complicated, and it took me quite some time to figure out what I believe really happened regardless of what I was lead to believe. Anyways, this is not really the place to discuss this. If you want any further info, your welcome to contact me in game.
