Seems to have been caused by a server restart,
the "Created" and "Initialized" events weren't called within the Database NPC,
just had to update the script of it and it's all back to normal.

The only mistake I see is people not trying to win the Conch Shell!

Only development has won the items. idk I think this time it might be my lucky time.
