New gun idea?
 

Just thought of a new gun idea that might work, what about a rifle/pistol that, when hits the enemy, leeches their life?

For instance, you have 50 life and the gun does 10 damage if it was a rifle. It would take 10 and add 10 to your life.

Just throwing ideas out there.

No, don't do this. It will have a snowball effect and also makes fighting people more cumbersome.

Imagine IXI and Desear sparring with this, it would never end xD, they'd be like Pew Pew and it would never end.

Love rifle doesn't do damage or add to your own health.

This gun sounds pretty cool, but it should do more damage than what it heals. So if it does 15 damage it should only heal like 3-5 a hit.

Or it just so happens that they make keen examples for this particular situation.

And almost all of his posts include an example using deaser or ixi xD

Now that I think about it this would be pretty lame for better players... Maybe it could be a new event weapon for 1 month or something, and not be made too lame.

It could do 10-15 damage to the victim, but leech only 5 life, so it isn't too lame.

My examples include desear and ixi because I believe they were the best players this server has ever seen, not saying that Ace wasn't great or any one of those legendary oldies but you know.

Lol it just makes me laugh because you talk of them ALL the time.
And I think wolf could beat IXI and I have personally beaten him twice ;)

Going back to the subject... If someone gfxed this, would anyone like to see this on Zone or would it be too lame?

Zone doesn't need new weapons. Aside from that, this gun is overpowered.

How's it overpowered if it doesn't even have a set power yet? z.z

Maybe if the concept was refined a bit more...

prehaps a weapon that dosent drain health, just a kind of DoT weapon, like a beam that connects to the nearest enemy and does 7 damage per second or something.

Gives HP. I dun't like that ;P.

no, it would automatically home in on the enemy, and keep a connected line on them, the player would have to keep firing to keep the chain connected.

Hmmm sounds complicated XD
I don't quite understand the specifics though I get a basic image.

Maybe this gun can be made so it's fairly hard to hit people, like have a long freezetime like Plasmagun or have a short range, or even a low rate of fire.

Or Steve's weird idea.

its simple, say me and you are fighting and im using this gun.

you come within range and i fire.

a long beam connects from my gun to your player doing a specific amount of health per second, aslong as i keep my finger on shoot, it will stay connected to you unless you go out of range or another player comes closer, which would make the chain switch from you to him.

D shot i think could shoot a charged beam that if it hits a player, splits and hits an additional 2 more players.
