Downloading box
 

It's actually quite annoying, every time you log on, that dark red downloading box is displayed for a long time. Always trying to download 'login_servermap_graal2002.png'. It stops about 1/4th of the way and just sits there forever.

try to just klick "Graal Kingdoms" without connecting to the server and wait that the file gets downloaded

A few days ago I downloaded a head from another server using the playerlist with the red download box. I just it really weird at the time because I've never seen that happen before.

What Maroku said should fix the problem with the red downloading box but it usually downloads using the blue gui style and not the in-game downloading box.
