Okay I've made like 4 topics about updates, which is kind of silly. So, all updates or event announcements that go on I'm just going to post right here. Feedback is welcome.


Weekend of 22nd-24th (May)
o Releasing more Seaport features, times/day TBA
-TBA
o First attempt at our new special auction event
-This system is a special event we'll put on now and then. Maybe a week before we'll give an announcement in game that we'll be doing something like this. It will not be frequently done.

Basicaly, at a location TBA we as staff will put up three special items that will start out at a low gralat price. You won't be able to come in and say /big 20000000 gralat so noone else can buy. You'll be able to bid in increments specially set out by the staff.

Also, there will be no possibility of last minute bidding. Everytime you bid, the countdown until the end of the bid restarts. (Like 15-20 seconds)

This sort of event will be done to kick off releases of special things, etc.

We plan to "auction" the following items this weekend:
-ONE Pet, utilizing SZ's pet system. If you haven't seen the little blokes hopping around the server.. You're blind. They're cute, cuddly and a lot of fun.

-ONE CS gun for our gun game.

-ONE ticket to get first dibs on the hat shop that we hope/plan to open at the end of the month


Get your money throughout the week and be ready, it should be a lot of fun.

I hope I explained it well, it's pretty late my time. I'll post more details as we get closer. I'll try to get it up on the login screen too. Got a few things to announce.

Just some advice since I saw you using dashes and ghetto bullets...there's a button for unordered lists.

i have a feeling that even with the auction system that will be used, one person is going to get all of the auctioned items.

They can restrict players to winning one item so other players have a chance. That may work well, because players will know what's being auctioned beforehand and be able to decide what they wish to bid on.

Ha, thanks. I'm so used to just rigging it up myself in other places.

That's the plan, we're going to limit it to one a person.
