Hey, uhh, why can't we log on?
 

Insomnia's not letting anyone log on; the listing says there's one player online...it's kinda weird. Anyone else's server having a similar problem?

what does it say when you try logging on?

Maybe it did reset it's name back to Playerworld##

It still shows up on the RC list as "Insomnia", and it doesn't say anything when I try to log on - if I try to log on from the client it pretends I never hit "Enter", and if I try to log on from RC it starts to load the RC window then, before it draws the buttons/letters the menus, it closes itself without a word.

Make sure the level your account is in still exists :o

Even though its showing up on the rc list, I checked and it says "Couldn't find any server with the name Insomnia!" Which means its crashed. Unless login restarts it automatically (which it is supposed to do in time) Stefan will need to restart it for you.

You can't login with RC either, its not really there. The list is lying.

....? Okay? So...I should wait for it to fix itself? I'm SOL and should hope I have a good backup of everything I made?

Hey, it costs Gold time to develop, and it's been 24 hours of Nobody Gets To Dev Even If They're Paying For The Privelege; what, do I have to PM Stefan and hope?

Right, there's one who gets it; any plan that hinges on Stefan having the time and inclination to reset a server, restore a backup, etc. is an inheritly flawed plan. So; my server's doomed. -_-

Servers restart automatically if it's crashed whenever the server owner logs onto the game, which I suppose he haven't.

And do you honestly expect Stefan to know that your server is crashed without anyone telling him? Make a support ticket or PM him, asking to restart it.

All fixed, nothing is lost. The serverlister just had insomnia or something so Stefan fixed it.

Which begs the question why I still can't log on. -_-

(Though it is worth noting that, continuing his trend of proving me wrong, Stefan responded immediately after all my whining. ^^; )
