Why is the support center thing so slow to reply... my things have to sit there for like 2weeks before they get a reply sometimes longer, whilst other people's reply is within 2 days

It took me 9 days to get a reply.

I think it depends on which department your problem is involved with.

it does but like sometimes i get replies within 2 days and other times i get it in 2weeks (with the same problem)

Again, it all depends on the Department. Some departments like Playerworlds are checked more often than others.
