Where's my money? (Was 'D:')
 

i was saving up.. had over 5000 dollars in my bank account.. i log on and it says that my card doesn't exist D:.. my money is no more

Apparently Andy (aka Litter/[email protected]) wiped a bunch of old bank accounts to get money out of the economy sometime while he was still working on Era... Sorry...

5k can be made in a matter of an hour tops, its not that hard.

Ya, this happened to a lot of people. I feel bad when they tell me they were saving their money over a period of months and then when they log on it just disappeared D:

Yeah I lost money from it to, my problem was I couldn't get on era though x.x

if it's that easy to make then the money shouldn't of been cleared. then they're just wasting player's time.

Haha, Andy restored mine and it all disappeared again.

**** Era, as if 3 (or was it even more?) complete resets wasn't enough for me.

As far as I can tell from looking at it, Era is just storing in a DB NPC, and triggering "update" which apparently saves it. I've never seen that before...

I'll talk to someone and see if there might be a better way which can be implemented. I've had problems with DB NPCs restoring to a previous time after being restarted.
