He is a FAQ Admin, and I still don't like him.

PRA and Dev Admin were positions created to fill what a manager should be doing when the PWA was overseeing Era. They are not necessarily positions that have to be filled, especially PRA.

Correct. As of right now I don't see the need for a new PRA. I'm going to continue doing it unless I feel one needs to be appointed. Which is unlikely.

So if you dont like him, he doesnt get it? Even if he can do the job better then others?

I guess my two points went shopping. My first point was, he is a FAQ Admin, which means he is not suited for the PR Admin position, since PRA has to have GP experience (or so I think). Second point was that I don't like how he behaves and acts, or whatever (can't find any better verbs).
I suck at wording, sorry.

He has GP experience he's a cadet right now. Also I have seen him do GP work on other servers, pretty good in my opinion

if I was to be anything I'd be the dev admin. I'm not going to run player related issues like a little pansy *****. I want the big job.

I know Deophite has already made his mindset on this topic known, but just for the others of you here: To be practical, I don't see how having a GP Admin AND PR Admin as two separate jobs is in any way logical when they pretty much handle the exact same audience with the same issues - The players. It's the exact same position however you name it (Houdinis "Player Services Admin", the "Player Relations Admin" or the "Graal Police Admin").

But as mentioned, Deophite has already passed his judgement on the situation.

I always look at Player relations as GP and FAQ combined

I find the FAQ department pretty much useless right now. I never see anyone FAQ's on, so I always get a ton of FAQ PMs. Also, i'm not the only one. The other GP's also state this. FAQ's are hiring pretty much weekly now also. Someone told me they are hiring once again now when they just hired like a week ago.

The problem is I have received many complaints about my current FAQ.
So I decided that this is going to be the final recruitment until a few months.
They WILL become active and I will make sure they do.

Dont get me wrong i like u frankie but that whole team was worthless, nothing but abuse and 0 real work being done unless it was for themselves

Icarus' team was full of abuse, but they had ideas and a direction. I personally don't see the direction at the moment for this current era. That's just my opinion though.

Nah Icarus was a lazy ass and did nothing so he was useless, EC abused his stuff to **** and Nuada lost interest allthough he did do a good job at gang admin.

Also Frankie you get lazy in time and lose interest.

Lazy? No. Awesome ideas and plans, we even had some dicussion meetings arraned if I recall correctly.

Yes lazy, maybe's not when Icarus had it frankie was quite active but when he was working for me he got lazy and coudn't be bothered anymore. I have to say though frankie did work his ass off when i first hired him but when Icarus got a hold of him he changed and started to become lazy like icarus.

It's easy to loose interest when you're not getting paid. This entire deal is pretty much a volunteer service. Why care when you're not getting any benefits out of it? You can spend years learning how to "g_script" but in the end where will that take you? Definitely not one of the top leading games of today.

But then again, didn't most games start off free and non-beneficial for the producers? And didn't they eventually turn their game into a success and make a profit out of it? It's all about determination when you look at it. Graal is like the only game I've played where staff quit because of petty situations such as "i'm notg being appreciated enuff" or "all dis work and no promoshun?! i quit". Seriously guys, get over it. No game starts off easy.

P.S: and if you try to bring up my case, I HAVE COLLEGE TO DEAL WITH.
