would it kill you to write properly x.x , I didn't really get what you were trying to say, but my guess is that an image won't show up on graal shop... if that's the case make sure that the image is either in .gif or an 8bit .png format, else it won't work.

Put the image in the same folder as the gani.

Save it as a 8-bit PNG or a GIF (hint: drag a GIF file into gif2mng.exe in Graal directory, and your GIF will be converted to an 8-bit PNG), place it in the folder of the GANI, and reopen Graal Shop.

And if that doesn't work open up your Graal editor then load the image into an npc then it re-open your graal shop and it should work.

what I actually do is put the img next to graalshop (so maybe it load faster), restart graal then open graalshop, then it normally works

Anyway, it has to be 8bit or gif to show up graalshop, tht's why I always save my img in 2 formats, then I use the gif one (screwed quality) to work in the gani, then when I'm done I edit the sprites in the gani, so they don't show anymore but they're still here.
