lol if i called everyone that beat me a "lagger" I guess in my own mind i would be the best to. lol

'Laggers' only 'lag' because of their global position, I'm in Australian and I don't lag to other Australians. But, I do lag to America, Europe, Asia, etc, etc. If I lagged to Australians I'd be a lagger, but I don't. I only lag to people outside of the country in which I live.

Well, if you lived in Australia you'd understand that everything in australia is has a direct connection, we are connected to all other continents via satellite which gives us the lag.
