Gelats arent refilling.
 

I haven't played Graal in about 2 years and I came back to a new system of upgrading to gold. I bought the 2400 gelat pack 2 days ago and they are not showing up in my shop. How long does it take to get the gelats because the "observation" thing says I don't have to wait if I upgrade. And I am waiting...impatiently.

Went to the support center. Still waiting for my confirmation email. Sent emails to support. Still waiting for replys. Nothings working.

I've heard of other people who payed this week without getting gelats.

try searching onthe "not wanted messeges" that's where usually the support center emails appear lol

Be patient. I wouldn't start complaining until it's been at least a week (quite likely).

I've asked Stefan to look into this since a few people have reported it just recently. Sorry about the problem & delay in resolving it.

If you still have a problem using the support center, please send me a forum PM and I'll help you with that.

I've added a script to redirect 1% or atleast one gelat from all transactions to my bank account.
