Graal works fine on my laptop. If it's an old laptop, there may be a problem with the graphics card. Also check to make sure your Firewall is not blocking Graal by accident. Sometimes that's a problem.

I've never had this problem on any of my Macs.

I assume you've tried downloading it again, or running it straight out of the disk image (won't fix it, but would let you know if something is messing it up).

Ask Stefan for the new version. I'm not sure if he's met his quota for beta testers or not, but he's let me and a few other people try it. It might solve your problem.

I think OpenGL is the only option for Mac, lol.

I admittedly know barely anything about Mac, my knowledge database is mainly for Windows but also a bit Linux. ^^

Macs aren't entirely dissimilar from GNU/Linux. Did you expect DirectX or something?

cbk1994 10-07-2008 12:24 AM

Mac always uses OpenGL.
