You're account prolly froze online or something. Sometimes my ghost gets frozen online cuz I get disconnect by my isp. It does that on irc too.

ok ive reset twice now, i can move left and right, but i am constatly moving up, joystick is off

hit your UP key, and if that doesn't work. Take your Key-Board out and re-plug it in.

some times when i get dissconencted it says my account is still in use ... but u probally have your account stole if u use a graal trainer (i heard these steal your passwords)
