Why is it possible to make like 5k an hour picking flowers? :confused:

Because whenever I'm on Era, this is exactly what I'm doing. :)

to compete to what prices are right now even 5k an hour would suck really bad.
an hour worth of work for 5k seems good to me.. I don't get how that's too much.

Which means that no effort should be put into making it better, right?

Would it be better if flower picking was nerfed into an inferior source of income?

I don't really think picking flowers should be a valid source of money making in any game. There has got to be more creative ways that make a tad bit more sense to make money. x_x

Picking flowers has been around since the server's development stages in late 2002. It's one thing to have a valid complaint and another for a newbie to hop on a server and try to change it's traditions for no reason.

I might be considered a newbie on Era, and if I were to play it now, I would be. I did play it quite a bit back in the days though, so I wasn't always a newbie.

I don't think it should be removed, since it's been around so long, but I still find it an extremely silly way of making money.

I laugh hysterically everytime I think about how with the same amount of time and effort you can make more money picking flowers than mining (Which can actually hurt you).

And last I checked (I used to play era too until I realized.....I hate it) don't you need minerals to make guns, the entire POINT of the game?

Not sure how they do things nowadays but you can buy the basic weapons (pistols, uzi, shotgun, and ak47) from a generic NPC shop. Shops like Gun Point may need miners to create their guns/ammo though, not sure again.

Yeah. Businesses still need minerals and weapon parts to make guns.

stop your complaining and enjoy your 5k.
if you dont like picking flowers then pick up trash, make pizzas, dig for shells or get a job somewheres.. or kill people.

There's a difference between complaining and making suggestions. I haven't made a single complaint in this thread.

why would you question it then? making suggestions means that something will be changed.

Yeah because these server make sense as it is..
